I'm Tasha Martinez, and SweetBite Bakery was born from eight years of baking, experimenting, and flat-out refusing to make anything boring. I started right here in Austin, Texas — a city full of bold people who deserve bold food — and from day one I knew I wanted every treat to make someone's face light up the moment they saw it.
Our mission is simple: bake things that taste incredible AND stop people mid-scroll. Whether you're a local who stops in every Saturday morning or a tourist who heard about our rainbow bagels on social media, you get the same care, the same quality, and the same energy in every single item we make.
We believe a bakery should feel alive.
